For biogas monitoring we can use our analyzer labelled AIR LF. It’s a device which you can rely on in terms of resistance as well as measurement accuracy, you can easily connect it to the Air.aseko.cz clouding server, through which monitoring then becomes even more accurate. Based on your measurements you can perform analyses and make improvements to your technologies.
Where is biogas monitoring and checking used? Above all, this is performed on waste-water treatment plants, bio-waste landfills, in food plants, incinerators and anywhere where there is a threat of biogas leakage, or where regular checks are needed.
The AIR LF analyzer for monitoring biogas is very easy to integrate into your system, which contains biological media. Thanks to the terminal block, which is located at the bottom of the terminal, it is very easy to connect. To connect with the whole system it is necessary to use either plastic or stainless steel pipes, where the main purpose is leading the media and they have to endure very long periods without corrosion or other adverse processes that could distort biogas monitoring.
The AIR LF biogas analyzer which we offer in our e-shop, uses infrared radiation that penetrates the given biogas. In this way, it is possible to determine its composition and concentration of the components, then you can make adjustments for greater production efficiency. Biogas monitoring requires especially the following components of the analyzer: flow meter, particle filter, condensation detector, flow controller.
